1. Start with the FAQ
Most questions we get are already answered on the FAQ. “Is it really free?” “Does my audio get sent anywhere?” “Why Apple Silicon only?” All in there. Skim it first. You might save yourself an email, and us some thumb cramps.
2. Use Pro on another Mac
If you bought TongueType Pro and want to install it on another Mac you own, follow the unlock instructions in the email you received at purchase. If you can’t find the email or have any trouble, and we’ll sort it out.
3. Refunds
If TongueType Pro isn’t working out, we’re happy to refund you within 30 days of purchase, no detailed explanation required. Beyond 30 days, we still review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make things right when something legitimate has gone wrong (the app stopped working, a feature broke, a duplicate or accidental purchase, and so on).
To request a refund, with your order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.
4. Something’s broken
Bugs happen. If the app is misbehaving, a quick restart often sorts it out. If it doesn’t, describing what you were doing, what you expected, and what actually happened. Screenshots are welcome. Angry screenshots are also welcome. We get it.
5. Feature requests
Got an idea? We’d love to hear it. We can’t promise to build everything, but we read all suggestions. Even if you type them by hand.
6. Everything else
Questions, compliments, complaints, press inquiries, existential doubts about voice dictation. All are welcome. But be nice…we're only human.
